I have been SWAMPED this week with birthday parties, Halloween parties, school events, and the list goes on. I have honestly been just doing some Insanity and Turbo Fire workouts this week. I had to get some help for this week's workout so I reached out to a friend.
I got this great workout from my good buddy Michelle over at Fit Moms. She is a Navy Vet, Personal Trainer, and Mom to 3 Beautiful Kids. I love her! She has been a great motivating force for me throughout many years of trying to stay in shape.
She has given me a Cardio workout for this week. Hope you enjoy!!!
(repeat
all of this minus the 30 minutes cardio twice)
30
minutes cardio to start
To
keep the heart rate up 50 jumping jacks
20
overhead squats, making sure that your hands never drop below your chest
2
minutes knee lifts (bring knees to your waist if you can) high intensity jog
20
burpees
Cool
down:
1 minute low jacks
2 minutes low intensity knee lifts keeping your hands
below your chest
2 minutes side steps
