Welcome back to Workout Wednesday!! Last week I shared with you one of the workouts my hubby has me on. That was my Workout #1. You can find that one HERE. Tonight I will share with you Workout #2. As we build up on the workouts I will eventually throw them in a calendar. More for me so I can track what I do on each day, but you can use it too if you'd like.
As always, I started with cardio. I did 25 minutes on the elliptical before starting the below workout. Please always make sure you stretch and hydrate.
1.Air Squats (20 of these) ((you can hold dumbbells in your hands to make more difficult if need be))
2. Steam Engines (20 of these. This is a 4 count exercise)
3. Dive Bomber Pushups (20 of these, be careful on your form.)
4. Jumping Lunges (10 of these. This is a 4 count exercise)
5. Cherry Pickers (20 of these. This is a 4 count exercise)
I couldn't find a picture, but I'm sure you remember this from grade school.
6. Star Jumps (10 of these)
Now take a 2 minute break and repeat twice!
Hope you enjoyed this as much as I have. This week I have honestly tried a few different workouts from P90x, Insanity, and Turbo Fire. I enjoy all of them and of course my husband's workouts.
