Today was the first cold day for San Antonio. Honestly, it is probably one of the coldest days I've seen since we've lived here. Yesterday it was in the 80s and we planned on playing tennis today with the kids. With the wind and the temperature we decided to have a "stay inside and camp out day". DH took the older kids to the Exchange and they bought some pumpkins. I know it is early and we will probably do this again, but the kids had a blast. Dad, M, and J all got their own pumpkins and they decorated. They even put some cinnamon on the inside so they really smell like pumpkin pie when a candle is burning! We will be heading out to a big pumpkin patch next weekend to do some hayrides and get more pumpkins. We should be pros at carving pumpkins by the end of this Fall.
Looks like such a great time had by all! I can't wait to take my little guy to the pumpkin patch this year.
