Can you believe baby girl is already 5 months old?!?!?! Holy Cow!!!I know I always say this, but time sure does fly by.

She loves her Daddy!

E is getting so big. She is almost 20 lbs (Just a little shy of 19) and is wearing size 12 month clothing! She is still exclusively breastfed. We have not introduced any food or has she tried formula. There is nothing wrong with formula, I'm just pretty proud of myself for not giving in the few times I felt like it. I have been tempted, but I can do it! I do plan on drinking for the Marine Corps Ball, but I have enough frozen milk to last a week. Milk seems to come easy for me. I only pump twice at work and I make about 20-25 oz. Baby girl is drinking between 5-6 oz a feeding at every 3 hours. She sleeps like a charm at night. She slept over 11 hours last night, but averages between 9-10 (THANK GOD!).

She is an extremely happy baby. It doesn't take anything to make her laugh these days. She is so close to crawling! Oh my!!! She can sit up for a few minutes at a time, but she hasn't quite got it yet. She loves to talk and when there is music on she "sings". It is so amazing to watch her learn and grow. I love my little chunky monkey.

Happy 5 months Emily!! Liz, she is beautiful!! I love watching babies grow and learn, smile and laugh, and just have so much energy and excitement! Childhood innocence is the most beautiful thing to me! <3

ReplyDeleteI love this morning stretches! My six month old is still only 5 hour stretches at not, we get the odd longer night but not consistently.
